Which payment methods do you accept?

We current accept major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Are you selling fake cards?

No fakes here.... All of our merchandise are originals sourced directly from the distributors. We import directly from Japan, Korea, United States, Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand.

Do you ship internationally?

 Unfortunately we only ship within Australia at the moment.

How much is shipping

Shipping is a $10 flat rate. Once your shipment is ready you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number. Free for purchases over AUD $250.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do - check out our gift card page for more details

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase (and us),  but if you have changed your mind you can return most unopened or unwanted items via post (postage fees apply and payable by you).

Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

 

We may offer you a refund (less postage cost) provided that:

  • Item(s) are returned within 7 days from arrival date.

  • Item is returned in saleable and new condition, that is it is unused with all original sealed packaging or tags unopened

  • It is not a gift card


Once we receive your return, a refund for the value of your item(s) excluding shipping charges will be processed back to the same account used to make your purchase within 3-5 business days.

What happens if there's issue with the item?

In the unlikely event of an item arrived damaged, please email us on info@kartu.com.au to arrange a return and we will replace or refund the price of the item.

What is my Consumer Guarantee?

If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe.

Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).

 

If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, kartu will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. kartu will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
