FREE SHIPPING on all Standard Australian orders overs $250

We currently ship only within Australia.

All shipping to Australian addresses are charged a flat fee of $10. We use Australia Post eparcel and/or other courier company depending on where you live. Once your order has left us, standard delivery can take up to 5 - 7 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been dispatched.

Although at kartu we strive to process your order and ship as quickly as possible, unfortunately there may be delays beyond our control. There is currently a delay of deliveries by Australia Post due to COVID 19 restrictions that are impacting delivery lead time.
